My name is Wesley D. White.  I recently purchased my first home from Oscar Washington in September of 2009.  During the time that my wife and I were researching our options, we heard a number of horror stories about building a home, especially for the first time.  We had heard about the stress and strain that it puts on a relationship and how the final product may not be exactly what you wanted it to be. Mr. Washington was always there to provide us with options so that we didn’t feel as if we were going down a one way street.  We always had the ability to make changes and to do so in the most cost effective manner.  When he said something was going to be done it was, and we were in control of the costs that he quoted to us, which made this experience even more impressive. At the same time with his extensive knowledge of building, he was able to provide guidance whenever we had questions about things that might affect resale or the home’s market value, but at the same time made sure to allow us to make final decisions while keeping the overall quality of the home second to none.   The sub-contractors that he uses were very professional and efficient.  Whenever we visited the house they always took the time to ask questions about what we wanted done to make sure that we were happy.   

Would I recommend ODSenterprises to my friends?  Not only would I recommend Mr. Washington’s company to my friends, but also to my family and anyone else I meet who will listen.  The experience of being able to customize our home precisely to our specifications is something that will always stick out in our minds, and will be the reason that Mr. Washington will be the only builder I ever use.  I would say before you make any decision about building or buying a home, make sure to communicate with Oscar Washington and ODSenterprises to find out what options are available to you.  I have come to find Mr. Washington is a builder of the unparalleled quality and a man of the highest integrity, who will go above and beyond to make sure that you are able to have the home that everyone dreams of.
