If you are thinking about purchasing a home, you should call Mr. Washington first.  He is a reliable and credible person.  On December 30, 2008, my dream to own my first home came true.  While experiencing numerous delays with my previous builder, I did not experience any delays with ODS Enterprise.  I would have never thought that ODS would have a home for sale in my price range.  I am a witness that they do.  I am in my dream home and loving it.  My new home is a place I am proud to call "HOME".  
After closing on my new home, he did not disappear.  He called and stopped by to check on me.  He also address all my concerns and questions.  Any problems experienced after I moved in were resolved quickly.  I made a wise decision by choosing ODS Enterprise and I hope you do the same.
